1. Introduction
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and i-Hub Ltd. trading as SpyShop.ltd.uk the company (hereafter referred to as We) and both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and SpyShop.ltd.uk as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
2. Ordering
There are 4 methods in place to put through an order
- by Internet on our site at www.SpyShop.ltd.uk .ltd.uk 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
- by email
- by telephone at 07040 000 007
- by Post accompanied by a copy of your order and your method of payment addressed to: Spy Shop Ltd UK, Customer Service Department, Berrylands Centre, Chiltern Drive, Surbiton, Surrey, KT5 8LS England
We will then send you a confirmation that we have received your order by email.
3. Product information
SpyShop.ltd.uk takes great care when putting information online with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
As most products come with 2 pin plugs adapters from European to UK plug are supply free of charge with your order.
4. Prices
The prices indicated on the Site are in British Pound and include all taxes and delivery to mainland UK. The possible delivery costs are indicated for the User as products are chosen and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
5. Availability
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 3 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in article 9 (right of retraction satisfied or reimbursed), the fees will be covered by us.
6. Delivery method
The products bought on the Site will be delivered to mainland UK. In the event that you want your goods delivered in another country, your order will be delivered to the address at your extra cost
Please note that we do not deliver in the Isle of Man and in the Channel Islands: Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark.
SpyShop.ltd.uk offers 2 methods of delivery:
Express delivery
This method of delivery allows you to receive your package in 24 to 48 hours with any courier service stipulated i.e. DHL. When you place your order before 11 am, it will be handled the same day if the product was indicated as in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will vary and depend on the articles selected and delivery location.
Please note that since firms such as DHL do not deliver on weekends your order placed on a Friday may be delivered to you on the following Tuesday providing that your product is in stock at our warehouse.
Standard delivery
This choice of delivery will allow you to receive your package in 48 to 72 hours with the Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery. When you place your order before 11 am, it will be handled the same day if the product was confirmed as being in stock by telephone or email. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected and delivery address.
SpyShop.ltd.uk does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery or by you or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
In the event that you do not receive your package in the indicated time-frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim (ex.7 days with Parcel Force, 7 days with DHL, 14 days with Royal Mail). During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
As of reception of your order, we recommend that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and indicate if necessary, on the delivery voucher in hand writing with your signature, any anomalies that may have occurred.
Without prejudice with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have as it pertains to malfunctioning products on the date of delivery as quickly as possible by Post to the following address or by email:

Returned products can only be accepted for products in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals
In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the User will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.
We would like to inform you that a delay of 10 days is possible for delivery of your order if paid for cheque, on all orders paid by cheque Complimentary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase.
By consequence, and in trying to avoid any delay, please enter as of placing your order:
- a professional or paid-for email address
- a land line telephone number (work or home) where you can be reached at any moment in the day
Further, for any order above the amount established by SpyShop.ltd.uk , a piece of identification as well as justification of domiciliation will be requested and should be sent via fax, Post, or email. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with bank cards.
7. Tax-free shopping
Tax-free shopping is possible for our clients residing outside of the European Union. You must, after receiving the package, send us a photocopy of your invoice and proof of address outside of the European Union. Once a voucher has been emitted by customs officers, the User is to send it accompanied by his relevant banking information and SpyShop.ltd.uk will proceed to reimburse the tax paid via cheque
For VAT reimbursement, there is a 3% handling charge.

8. Secure payment
SpyShop.ltd.uk uses GeoTrust to guarantee the security of your payments.
SpyShop.ltd.uk has chosen to assure payment security with GeoTrust by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network. When you see the payment sign
The names GeoTrust and or i-Hub Ltd and or PayPal may appear on your bank account statement.
Please note that if our security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
SpyShop.ltd.uk offers 3 primary methods of payment: Credit card (Debit card, Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer and PayPal.
To pay by credit card, debiting will be made when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account. For payment made online by credit card, the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network. Bank transfer payment: Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
9. Right of Retraction - Satisfied or Reimbursed
Due to the nature of our technical solutions, and the purposes they may be used for ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the customers’ responsibility to plan enough time to become familiar with the equipment and software they have purchased before being used for important information gathering events.
In the unlikely event goods may be faulty and they are within the advertised warrantee period; Please telephone us in the first instance. We also request that you promptly send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customers’ responsibility.
Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging.
Any product that has been damaged, or not in its’ original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be reimbursed, or may be partially reimbursed as per the following conditions. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged to SpyShop.ltd.uk, the products value will be discounted according the diagnostic test performed by spyShop.ltd.uk. After Sales Service. SpyShop.ltd.uk will justify its decision in writing to the customer based on the After Sales Services remarks. (With respect to digital cameras, all photos contained in defective memory cards and sent to SpyShop.ltd.uk by the User will not be kept.)
Due to their vulnerable nature, Audio or Video recordings and all software solutions, cannot be returned.
The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order.

The right of retraction is exercised without penalty, save for shipping fees. If tests need to be conducted on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, SpyShop.ltd.uk will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible.
The time period depends on the nature of the technical tests performed, by the After Sales Service of the manufacturer on your equipment, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
For reimbursements, the User will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card, or by cheque in other cases

Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during shipping of the returned goods).
For the period covered under warranty, the client must return the product to Spyshop Customer Services. No package will be accepted at the head office of SpyShop.ltd.uk

11. Guarantees and After Sales Service
All of the products we sell benefit from:
The legal guarantee of conformity;
The legal guarantee from hidden flaws;
The manufacturer’s guarantee for a period defined by the product purchased and the brand.
Shipping fees of the products are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the product does not conform to the product description, shipping fees will be reimbursed to the customer.
SpyShop.ltd.uk will handle possible repairs with the manufacturers. Whatever the problem is with your product, you must attach with the defective product, a copy of your invoice, the guarantee (in the box) and the return goods voucher.
Please note, legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the users faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using it for commercial purposes or using said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.
The manufacturer’s guarantees sold by SpyShop.ltd.uk do not cover:
Replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads or lasers etc.)
The abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. We ask that you consult the user’s manual provided with the products malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc) damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc).
In all cases, SpyShop.ltd.uk will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons.
In the event that the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer. Administrative fees will be requested by if payment for the estimate is not made.
12. Responsibility
SpyShop.ltd.uk will not be held liable for the poor use and their consequences on the products purchased from our Site.
13. SpyShop.ltd.uk Service
Without prejudice towards the applicable legal guarantees, SpyShop.ltd.uk also offer a full range of services on a commission basis, please refer to the service provider for their full terms and conditions.
14. Commentary, criticism, communication
Any opinions left by SpyShop.ltd.uk Users are screened and moderated by the marketing team. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary), SpyShop.ltd.uk reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.
15. Protection of personal data
Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site.
In accordance with the "Data Act and the Laws of England & Wales" SpyShop.ltd.uk is authorised to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. This information is the subject of computer processing. This activity is strictly regulated: You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place (article 34 of the law of January 6th 1978). You can at any moment make a request to SpyShop.ltd.uk to find out what personal information they contain for you. Â You may at any moment, and by request, modify this information.

If you accepted to receive our promotional emails when you registered on the Site, offers including new items, clearance, exclusivities, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any moment request not receive any further emails. If you so accepted as of registration on the Site, SpyShop.ltd.uk  and its contractual partners may send you information in the form of precise and punctual promotional operations
