This working Calculator is a Covert Voice Activated digital audio recorder! It has low-drian power and can standby for days waiting to hear voice noise and then can record for 12 hours on a single charge. Remarkable. For audio recording it doesn't get much more covert than this! It's activated by a single button push and will then start recording whenever it hears something.

The voice activation recording feature save battery life, memory space and means you don't have to sit listening to hours of "nothing" when playing back your recordings.

Give the battery a full charge and the device can run for 12hrs - but that is 12hrs of audio recording time not 12hrs straight! So in theory it could run for much, much longer dependant upon the environment it is in.

The calculator dimensions are 15x10x3(cm) approximately and recordings are stored on a micro SD card inside, access is easy by simply releasing 4 screws on the back of the calculator.

The voice recorder can take upto a 32G micro SD card and every 1G can hold around 18hrs of audio. A 0.5G micro SD card is supplied.

You can play back recordings by removing the micro SD card from the calculator and connecting to your PC or laptop via a USB SD card reader (not supplied but can be purchased from us). Windows Media Player will play back the recordings just fine, as will pretty much any other media player.
